Job description

Working with a reputable main contractor in the construction and facilities sector, I have a new opportunity for a Commercial Administrator/ Clerk to join their successful team on a permanent basis.

Based in London, this position is suited to an organised individual with great communication skills and a proactive attitude. If you're able to familiarise yourself with new systems efficiently, with a keen eye for detail, this is an excellent chance to join a valued commercial team.

Duties will include general support with all commercial administration processes and procedures, overseeing subcontractor accounts - checking and validating applications and invoices, compliance and invoice reconciliation - alongside ordering materials, maintaining spreadsheets, monitoring inboxes, and assisting with stock management and timesheet tracking.

There is a competitive salary, c. £20,000-25,000, on offer for this role, working in an interesting and fast-paced environment to provide administrative support to senior commercial staff.

Prior administrative experience is essential. Knowledge of the construction/ facilities industry would be beneficial, as would an understanding of commercial administration.
