Job description

Are you an experienced administrator seeking your next role? My client, a national main contractor, are looking for a Claims Administrator to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.

Based in their lively office in Winchester, you'll be supporting the effective management of third party claims, acting in a proactive manner with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with email correspondence
  • Receive information via email and telephone and input details into database
  • Locate and recover claim information using various databases
  • Liaise with the Commercial Assistant to ensure database is regularly maintained and updated
  • Attend and participate in team meetings
  • Create a gap analysis for any missing information required to assess claims
  • Distribute information and liaise with colleagues, clients, legal teams and claimants, as required

Ideally, you'll have strong business administration experience with a 'can-do' attitude, organised approach and superb customer service and communication skills.
