CDM / PD Advisor required to join an established Architectural Practice based from their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for a CDM / PD Advisor to further their career and be involved in a variety of unique architectural projects. Agile & flexible working opportunities.
To be considered for the role of CDM/PD Advisor, you will;
- Hold at least a TechIOSH accreditation
- Have 2-4 years industry experience
- Have worked in the heritage or refurbishment sector
- Be articulate and diplomatic
Responsibilities:
- Advise designated and specific Project Design Team members including client organisations on Health and Safety risk management matters
- Assist and provide support and advice to in-house design teams to facilitate office-wide best practice standards irrespective of global location
- Prepare and issue the Health and Safety File on completion
- Assist with the completion of Design Risk Assessments
- Critically appraise Design Risk Assessments submitted by Project Design Team
