Candidate Manager

Candidate Manager required for a first-class recruitment agency specialising in construction. A well-established company with a great reputation!

As a Candidate Manager, your duties will be to support the Principal Recruitment Consultant with certain tasks.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

  • Sourcing and select candidates
  • Format CV's
  • Networkand advertise to potential candidates
  • Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
  • Phoning candidates

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO APPLY!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT!!!!!!!!

A University Degree or 1-2 years sales experience

Good telephone manner and communication skills

IT literate

Good organisational and administrative skills

Ability to build rapport and persuade

Tenacity, dedication and resilience
