The Company

We are currently recruiting for an award-winning House Builders who have a national presence.

We are looking to recruit a Call Centre Administrator to start ASAP in Leeds.

The Role

The role is to work in their call centre taking incoming calls from customers regarding reactive maintenance and repairs works.

ASAP start contracted initially until Feb 2018 with possibility for further extension.

Shift patterns

Week 1 Monday to Friday 17:00 to 00:00

Week 2 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 17:00 to 00:00 including Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5pm

Job Duties

As Call Centre Admin, you will be covering the following job duties:

  • Incoming calls
  • Customer enquiries
  • Arranging maintenance and repairs works
  • Scheduling appointments using Microsoft Outlook
  • Written correspondence

The Person

  • Must have recent call centre experience
  • Previous admin experience
  • Must have a good telephone manor
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work well in a small team as well as on own initiative
