Job description

Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing modular build contractors who turnover circa £10 million per annum. The business have exciting plans to grow the business with excellent opportunities to develop within the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role for a modular contractor.

The purpose of the role is to develop new sales opportunities across all sectors including; education, commercial, residential, health, armed forces and prison services. Home based within the midlands / Southern England covering a regional area.

Responsibilities

  • Predominantly concentrating on generating new business relationships. Identifying potential customers and forming new relationships.
  • Increase our brand awareness within all company operating fields and ensure advance knowledge of pending opportunities / tenders.
  • Use their established portfolio of clients to promote Elite Systems products and generate new business.
  • Increase the company's sales revenue.
  • Develop relationships with key consultations operating in all sectors..
  • Develop a pipeline of modular sales opportunities in the private / commercial sectors.
  • Researching, monitoring and communicating status of competitive market landscape; and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge of both competitors and potential client requirements.
  • Maintain a record of all activity on the company system and complete monthly and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Participate in the implementation of the commercial plan / business strategy.
  • Attending relevant business events

About You

  • Proven capability of capturing new sales.
  • Ideally a background in modular construction.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop business within the strategic markets and build client relationships.
  • Good self-discipline with a strong commitment to quality and procedure.
