Opportunity for an experienced Business Development/Sales Manager for large National construction company based in North West England.

Salary Up to £45,000

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic Construction client who operate across the UK. Your role will based in the Merseyside area, but will be an on the road position involving travelling to meet with clients and contractors around the region.

The role will provide a structure of existing leads and contacts to start accessing and access to a construction lead database.

Responsibilities:

Generating and identifying new business relationships for the business unit
Build awareness of the brand within targeted market sectors
Attending relevant business events
Utilise existing relationships to generate new business
Increase brand awareness and capabilities across the sector

About You:

Proven capability of capturing new sales ideally within the construction sector previously.
Confident personality, happy to present and lead meetings in face to face situations
Have strong experience of building lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders
