Southampton
£19,000 per annum (Pro Rata)


Great new opportunity to join one of the largest international industry funded companies who globally specialise in oil spills.

The successful candidate will provide business administration and commercial support to the Global Training and Consultancy Manager as a part of their Logistic Service Branch roster.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general business administration and commercial support to the Global Training and Consultancy Manager to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the companies training and consultancy services.

Ensure invoices are raised on time for work undertaken under the guidance of the T&C Manager and Training Co-ordinator. Collate supporting documents for the invoices; supplier invoices, timesheets and expense claims.

Provide monthly Income and Expense Accrual data to Accounts.

Liaise with Accounts to ensure prompt payment of invoices and for general invoice queries.

Track Cash Received; update internal CRM systems, project folders and invoicing spreadsheets.

Work with the Training Co-ordinator to ensure that all the necessary course bookings, course preparation and arrangements, organisation, delivery and completion for the running of external training courses is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Support the APAC Training and Consultancy teams with remote bookings and administration support.

Provide annual leave cover for Training Co-ordinator.

Candidate Specification:

The successful candidate is required to be a self-starter who is a fast learner, has very strong admin skills, proficient with Microsoft applications, experience in a fast-paced admin environment and dealing with invoices, spreadsheets, and customer services
