Site based Building Services Coordinator required for large main contractor. The company have a full order book for 2021 into 2022.

Work will be based on site Manchester covering a large healthcare project. You will work closely with the regional design team to:

* Advise on Procurement of M&E subcontractors design
* Work on BIM and Design plans
* Review M&E Tenders
* Review design documentation
* Review RAMS ahead of site start
* Chair M&E Sub contractor design workshops
* Review Technical queries from sub-contractors with design consultancies.
* Work with the Document Controller
* Review Design Defects
* Work on Commissioning, handover and soft landing support of systems

Key attributes:

Recent background on Healthcare or Bio sciences projects would be an advantage
Experience of MEP project values between £5m -£10m essential
