Position: BIM Coordinator

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: £30K/ £35k


This is a unique opportunity to work for a fast-growing Digital Construction Consultancy working on some of the UK's most exciting projects. After a successful year my client is seeking new team members to help them with a strong pipeline of varied work across multiple sectors


  • A large part of this role involves the project management of the delivery of a digital project.
  • You will be liaising with design teams, contractors and estate owners to demystify requirements and support successful project delivery
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, either remotely or at design team meetings.
  • Developing and cross-checking model information against Employer's Information Requirements (EIRs) and/or Project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • The production of clash detection and data verification reports at agreed milestones and the supportive communication of findings to design teams.
  • Involvement in internal R&D activities.
  • Project modelling using Revit or Microstation.


  • A clear understanding of Building Information Modelling and its benefits to the construction Industry.
  • An industry related degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with the UK Construction industry.
  • A knowledge of industry standards such as the PAS1192 suite or ISO19650, Uniclass, CIC BIM Protocol etc.
  • Experience of clash detection using Navisworks.
  • Strong Revit skills
  • Strong Office 365 skills
  • Ability to perform minor tasks using Photoshop or INDesign
  • A passion for quality and continuous improvement with a focus on delivery.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in information gathering and technical discovery techniques.
  • Strong teamwork / relationship management skills.
  • A valid UK driver's license would be beneficial.
