BIM & Technical Coordinator required for a leading architectural practice based in West Yorkshire. This is to work for a very well established practice within the housing sector.

The practice is looking for someone with experience within BIM and Revit to come in and provide training, input and knowledge to improve company BIM procedures and workflows. They will also be required to produce BIM execution plans and knowledge of NBS and BSI standards is necessary.

The role not only requires very strong technical knowledge in running numerous jobs simultaneously, producing working drawings/specifications and checking/amending similar work drafted by others, but also very strong interpersonal and well-developed leadership skills to support and assist more junior members of the team.

There is clear career progression to BIM manager level for the right candidate in a company that fully supports and funds professional development. They are a very modern and forward thinking practice with a fantastic team ethos.
