Job description

Our client is a Construction Consultancy responsible for delivering professional services to their clients within the Property industry.

They are currently looking for a Bid/Marketing Coordinator to join their team based in Leeds City Centre.

As part of the business support team, to provide support to the Directors and technical members of the team in order to provide excellent service delivery and support the co-ordination of marketing and business development opportunities and to build the profile of the business.

You must appreciate that project information in the office can be confidential and must not be discussed externally.


* Monitoring OJEUs and agreeing with relevant Director which opportunities to pursue
* Downloading documentation and managing the bid process from PQQ to completion
* Creating presentation documents
* Managing the Leads and Bids tracker - circulating information between offices
* Ensuring case studies and CVs are kept up to date and used correctly
* Using previous answers to create a library of best practice responses

Marketing Activities:
* Facilitating communications between ALL offices
* Managing the Website and Social Media content
* Event Logging - booking places, inviting guests etc
* Identifying relevant content for the intranet
