Anderselite are currently seeking an Associate Director for a Global Engineering and Construction Consultancy firm to join the water design team due an expansion.
The role will primarily focus within the Water Sector, within Clean Water and Wastewater areas.
The role will in include treatment works, desalination, pipelines, pumping stations, collection, and storage systems.
Whilst acting as a lead in projects within appointed regions, you will be maintaining client relationships and continuously improving on delivery targets. You will also
- Lead Bids and Project Manage as we all devise strategies and developments
- Project Management and maintaining relationships with clients
- Business development with water clients
- Risk management, budget management and ensuring successful delivery of projects
- Technical report writing on projects
- Lead and maintain safety standards of designs, review technical designs and supervise teams design calculations, drawings as well as maintain compliance’s stipulations
- Support and mentor an inexperienced team
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Water Engineering Sector – Municipal water engineering sector
• Knowledge of water treatment technologies and in emerging technologies
• In depth knowledge and understanding of design process
