Job description

My client is an investment, advisory and development partner that are going through a period of expansion. Due to this they are looking to bring an Associate Director/Director (Healthcare) to work within their team.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will be responsible for offering a range of construction, property and strategic estates related management services to Healthcare clients.
  2. With proven business management attributes and experience of managing staff, you will also hold the skills required to develop my clients growth plans. The major part of this role will be to develop growth with new clients.
  3. Actively participate in collecting market intelligence across the market and provide feedback to the Senior management team.
  4. Arrange, facilitate and lead in client meetings, conferences and other project team activities.
  5. Manage option appraisals,feasibility studies, statutory approvals, land and property acquisition and disposals.
  6. Excellent understanding of marketing in a consultancy business.
  7. Manage the planning and delivery of all projects, to ensure that schemes are delivered to exceed clients expectations and completed on time and within budget.
  8. Attending training to develop and build on knowledge and professional skills.

In order to be considered for this role you will require:

  • Degree or actively working towards corporate membership of a relevant professional qualification.
  • Over 10 years experience of working in a similar role within a consultancy or a senior role within the NHS.
  • Fully conversant with NHS policies and procedures.
  • Business Case Development

You will also be required to travel and work out of hours as and when work demands.
