Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing - Multiple Locations - Scarborough and Bridlington

ASSISTANT SITE MANAGERS!!  You have never been as in demand!!

I am currently looking for a couple of Assistant Site Manager's for opportunities on new sites with a leading Yorkshire based award winning housing developer.

Supporting the Senior Site Manager and  / or Project Manager you will support in the day to day running of the site.

Usual tasks would included managing subcontractors, ordering materials and labour, site co-ordination, overseeing health & safety, signing works' off, dealing with customers, attending progress meetings and report writing, quality control and snagging, dealing with aftercare issues and all other items relating to the safe day to day running of a busy new build housing development.

The client would prefer someone to have come from a trades background - either joinery or bricklaying preferably in a house building environment and ideally have a current SMSTS and CSCS Card.
