Assistant Site Manager - Moston

My client is currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a residential development in Moston. The site comprises of 50 houses and 10 apartments, with an expected completion date of July 2024.

As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in managing the construction of the development from start to finish. You will assist in ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager in planning and managing the construction project, including resource allocation, time management and budget control
Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard of quality and in compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
Liaise with stakeholders, including the client, contractors and suppliers, to ensure that the project is progressing according to plan
Assist in managing site personnel, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure that work is carried out safely and efficiently
Assist in monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project, including identifying and resolving any issues that arise
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to on site


Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role on residential developments
Strong knowledge of construction regulations and legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage personnel and resources effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
