The Company
A Unique Main international contractor working across the construction and building sectors throughout the UK. Their projects involve, education, leisure, health and commercial sectors. They have a proven track record and successful delivery of bespoke iconic projects in the North West. Now looking for an Assistant Planner who is keen on developing as a planner with a fantastic employer.
The Role
- To maintain and update construction programmes and schedules
- Produce programmes for contract requirements.
- Liaise with manager's and external contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to review the progress of projects and address issues
To be successful in this role you will:
- Ideally be working in a construction role such as an assistant PM or assistant Site manager
- Ideally have a site background as PM or site manager
- Experienced user of ASTA and MS Project.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales.
- Excellent skills of programme development and implementation of project monitoring techniques including baselining & resource modelling.
