Assistant Bid Manager – Widnes – Construction - £45,000 salary + Car allowance
Role
Support the Bid Writer in developing proposal structure, drafting & reviewing content where necessary, working within the Bid team to produce written bid responses and presentation collateral in line with deadlines
Duties
• Assist with producing tender submissions
• Writing high quality proposal documents, including coordinating and writing content.
• Write all proposals in line with corporate brand guidelines and bid management standards.
• Developing relationships with all stakeholders necessary, to complete an effective bid process.
• Production of bid document information
• Liaison with Graphics teams to develop innovative and visually compelling graphics
• Co-ordination and engagement with site teams to record key milestones
• Undertaking desktop researching and analysis to support bid responses
• Developing and forming relationships with internal and external teams
• Weekly updates/communication with all stakeholders including Line Manager
• Ensure all mandatory training is complete for job role, highlight any areas of development in correlation with department/business objectives.
• Participate in department meetings, ensure ideas, standards and quality of service are supported- continuous improvement is the key deliverables.
