An Architectural Technician is required for a growing Architectural practice based on the outskirts of North Bristol.

Due to continuous growth the practice of 18 are now looking to take on another Architectural Technician to join the company with housing and residential experience.

The practice currently use both AutoCAD and Revit, and their main clients are national housing developers based across the country.

The practice includes Architectural Technicians, Project Managers and Layout Designers and gives all staff a structured career progression program with ongoing training and development.

The ideal person will have sound knowledge in building regulations and NHBC requirements with good AutoCAD skills. Revit a plus but not essential.
