The client is looking due to expansion and the relevant candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and ideally Revit and have experience and clear understanding of UK building regulations.

An ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proficient Technical ability with excellent AutoCAD skills with the ability to work within the residential sector. Good design and drawing skills are essential for apartments, large scale residential projects and bespoke production buildings.

Essential skills include; Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD, Considerable years of experience,  experience working independently with a team and an understanding Of Building Regulations.

You will be required to do the following; Implement and assemble surveys, Primary Appraisal Schemes, Concept Layouts and Concluding Planning Layouts and be proficient with producing planning drawings and Building Regulation drawings as well as have a good understanding of the CDM regulations 2015 and be able to meet deadlines and work as part of a team effectively, have good knowledge of latest regulations (Planning and Building) and manage any issue tender packages.
