Anderselite are looking for an Architectural Technician with BIM or Revit experience.

The multi-disciplinary client is a Fortune 500 firm with offices based in Manchester and Warrington, and there is flexibility on the location between the two. The company’s design team are prevalent in a wide range of sectors, such as industrial, logistics, nuclear, rail, defence, and data centres.

The role will fundamentally involve organising the process of briefing, designing, delivering, maintain, operating and using a building as outlined in the RIBA 2020 Plan of Work. The successful candidate will be under direction of the Supervising Architect, coordinating technical activities and assisting in the development of new architectural methods and techniques.

Requirements:
- BIM or Revit proficiency
- Relevant degree or professional qualification
