Busy Bristol Architectural Practice is currently looking for a CAD Technician/Architectural Assistant to join their team.

You will need to have 2 or 3 years' relevant experience and have a track record in residential schemes ideally on large scale housing developments. You will also have excellent AutoCAD skills and working knowledge of photoshop would also be useful.
You will be able to demonstrate skills in client liaison and the management of projects.
AutoCAD is a must and Revit would be useful.
Within your role you would be working on CAD housing layouts, house and apartment drawings (for planning purposes only) and Streetscenes, planning applications and planning drawings.
