An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy with their own in-house architectural practice. Due to their continued expansion and increase workload they are now recruiting for an Architect who has previous experience working on either education or residential (mid-low rise accommodation). The role:

* Work on a range of small to large scale developments within the Residential & Education sectors
* Create detailed drawings and working drawings for a wide variety of projects
* Producing planning applications
* Lead the architectural team within the company
* Attend site visits
* Manage projects
* Develop relationships with clients
* Run projects from Inception through to completion

Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience post Part III in addition to experience working in either the education or residential sectors.. Knowledge of Revit software would be advantageous to the most successful candidate as the production of high-quality technical drawings will be an important aspect of the job.

* Ability to commute into central Liverpool
* ARB Qualified Architect
* Good working knowledge of Revit preferred
* Residential or education experience
* Good technical ability and design flare
* Ability to lead an architectural team
