Job description

We are currently seeking to employ an Administrator to work in our clients training division based from their Leeds office (with some travel to Sheffield).

Our client is a construction company operating within the rail industry, the purpose of the position is to work within the Training and Development Division, ensuring that training courses and staff development are booked and kept up to date.

You will arrange training courses, requalifications, development courses, First Aid and similar courses for all staff members. You will liaise with managers, directors and site based staff and will also assist in promoting development throughout the business.

Candidates will hold a CIPD L&D level 3 qualification and ideally will have exposure to working in the construction or rail industries. Strong IT and organisational skills are required, as well as being a self starter and well organised.
