Job description

PA/Administrator role - Leeds (Thorpe Park) - start date Monday 25th November until Christmas - £11 p/h

Some of your duties will include:
·Answer incoming calls - receive, transfer, taking and relaying messages, dealing with routine enquiries
·Make outgoing calls to clients, colleagues, tenants, contractors etc
·Typing documents including audio typing, writing reports and emails
·Filing, photocopying, scanning
·Binding of documents and large reports ensure that this is done nearly and professionally
·Process incoming and outgoing post
·Dealing with enquiries, organising appointments, processing referencing, drafting documentation.
·Book trains, book meeting rooms in head office - occasionally
·Banking and taking/collecting deliveries in town on a weekly basis
·Organise office meetings - Agenda, minutes, coordinate diaries

This is a full time role and the hours of work at 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
