Site Administrator




The company:

A construction company working across all general building trades including new build, refurbishment and commercial.

To provide contract and administrative support to the client and assist with the day to day tasks ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner ensuring quality assurance across all activities.

The Role:

  • To maintain, review and prepare files and documents for all projects.
  • To support on the production of home user and health and safety guides for all projects
  • Audit files regularly to ensure quality assurance is maintained
  • To be responsible for stationary orders, answering internal and external phone calls and emails and be able to respond in an efficient manner.
  • To assist and support management with all administrative duties as required whilst building an understanding of the wider team's roles and responsibilities.
  • To assist with all Company systems and processes and help to maintain and develop
  • To lead on all operational administrative duties which help to support and achieve overall business objectives.
  • To meet appraisal targets and support the delivery and achievement of overall business objectives
  • To develop the clients commitment to equality and diversity and to promote non discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
  • To adhere with section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.

The Candidate:

  • Ability to carry out a wide range of administrative duties
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Intermediate experience of Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Experience of being able to organise and prioritise effectively
  • Technical Ability
  • Experience in quality assurance
  • Effective communication at all levels in the business
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills between All Group departments
  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Commitment to customer care and the provision of a high quality service
