Job description

Anderselite have a current opportunity for an Administrator to join their busy team in Surrey, on a permanent basis.

Our client, a large, well-established main contractor, are seeking an experienced Administrator with excellent communication, organisation and planning skills, who can support their building team, acting in a professional, proactive manner.

Key duties:

  • Power Administrator on Viewpoint 4Projects 3G software for the region
  • Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls and preparation of outgoing post/ arranging couriers
  • Greeting visitors, carrying out visitor inductions
  • Updating Regional documents - phone, project lists, charts and schedules
  • Liaison with landlord for office premises and dealing with any faults/repairs/issues, and monitoring kitchen supplies
  • Marketing/ research projects
  • Liaising with the marketing team to prepare various documents, including presentations, flyers and posters and producing divisional newsletter
  • Assisting with the preparation of PPQ submissions


The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, with a passion for administration and marketing, alongside good coordination and IT skills. As an experienced Administrator, you will be adaptable, providing support where needed and prioritising tasks efficiently. You must also have a good understanding of 4Projects 3G software.
