Job description

We are currently seeking to recruit an Administrator to be based in our clients Sheffield (Dinnington) office working within their existing Administrative team.

Our client is a construction company, undertaking civil engineering work mostly within the Rail Industry. The role involves undertaking the below duties :

* Prepare Site Files / Job Packs
* Process, track and report on completed / finalised jobs
* Process and submit daily / weekly working advices.
* Assist in the communication of Daily/Weekly works planning and locations
* Communicate / track plant requests where directed
* Process buried services requests / F10 Notifications / Traffic Management requests as required
* Meeting and diary management to include taking minutes of meetings and distributing papers.
* General clerical support to include word processing, filing, scanning and archiving.
* Reception / Switchboard cover
* Use of internal/external bespoke software - including Insight/Monitor
* Provide administrative support to various teams across the company as needed in order to support the business; to include providing clerical support for Site Managers / Operatives
* Other duties as required

It is essential that you will have a proven administrative background, will ideally be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Administration, will have strong PC skills, be confident, proactive and able to communicate at all levels.
