Job description

Working within a bustling administration team, I have a permanent opportunity for a Help Desk Administrator to join a national main contractor from their base in London.

Providing all aspects of administrative support, this role would suit an organised, customer-focused individual with good coordination skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring compliance documentation, including filing and scanning
  • Working with schedulers to ensure future availability of engineers is recorded
  • Helping with timesheets, overtime and processing expenses
  • Producing reports
  • Ordering supplies such as equipment, PPE, etc.
  • Utilising various databases and updating management trackers
  • Processing site access requests, risk assessments and method statements
  • Audit checks
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues

If you enjoy working in a team environment and have a strong understanding of IT, excellent administration skills and can learn new systems effectively and prioritise your tasks, this could be a fantastic chance to join a leading contractor. Prior administration experience in a construction-related environment would be beneficial.

In return, there's a competitive salary of c. £20,000-£26,000 per annum on offer in this London-based, proactive working environment.
