Job description

We have a new opportunity for a professional Administrator with car fleet management experience to work with a leading main contractor, based from their office near Watford.

This is a freelance position, due to commence in September and run for approximately 3 months, with flexibility around core working hours and an upbeat office atmosphere.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring shared inbox and ensuring all emails are actioned/ responded to in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Maintaining records using various databases to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Produce reports to support the wider team
  • Carry out a variety of administration duties, as required

Working within the proactive fleet services team, you must hold A-Level qualifications alongside c. 12 months' administration experience within car fleet management to be considered. You should also have advanced level Microsoft Excel skills, a high level of accuracy and the ability to work either on your own initiative or as part of a team.
