We are looking for a temporary Administrator to join our client team in their Liverpool office.
It is a 9-month temporary contract role.
Our client is a leading contractor operating within the construction industry.
Main duties:
• Compiling the KPI Reporting on a monthly basis to the client
• Submitting buried service requests
• Update client software on a daily basis to inform the client of the current status of works, also liaising with the client as and when required
• Production of site packs
• Monitor and maintain a record of close calls raised on a weekly basis
• Word processing, filing, scanning and other ad-hoc duties
• Meeting & diary management including taking minutes of meetings
• Reception/telephone duties
Requirements:
• Proven administration experience
• Construction industry experience – desirable
• Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Confident, self-motivated & proactive
• Customer-focused with a professional phone manner and ability to communicate with clarity
• Ability to work well within a team, responding quickly to support colleagues
Qualifications:
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent)-desirable
• Good level of education-GCSE English or Maths or Higher Education
Duration:
• Start Date: 03/04/2023
• End Date: 31/12/2023
Rate:
• £16/h Umbrella
