Contract finishes end of December – potential temp to perm
£10.50 to £11.50 per hour PAYE
£21k to £22k salary when progress to perm
Office based – 8am to 4:30pm Mon to Fri
New opportunity for an Administrator to join a large, well respected construction company on a temporary contract position within their utilities division.
We are looking for someone with experience dealing with stock and orders! You must possess a great attitude towards work with a flexible approach and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
- Someone with experience of placing orders on a system - stock orders
- inputting stock details
- issuing receipts
- coordinating forecasts of stock
- stock takes
- use of causeway or CPE (stock management system) - not essential
- liaise with purchasing team - good phone manners
- emails
- speak to suppliers
- knowledge of microsoft / excel / teams
- Willingness to travel from Gloucester to the site office for admin purposes
Start date – ASAP
End date – 30th December 2022 (potential temp to perm)
