Administrator – New Build / Shared ownership properties
£19,000 to £24,000 depending on experience

Exciting new requirement just in for a Administration Assistant to join a leading and established Solicitors who work closely with various estate agents in Southampton and UK-wide regions on residential and commercial properties/developments. We are looking for someone ambitious, motivated, and driven with a flexible approach to work to join the new build and shared ownership team, assisting fee-earning conveyancers on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities –
- Managing calls and email enquiries
- Day to day dealing with property transactions
- General office administration, such as filing, photocopying, typing letters and documents for fee earners
- Providing full assistance to the Conveyancing Team
What we need from you –
- Experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
- The ability to work to your own initiative and have excellent attention to detail
- Effective at prioritising and organising workload
- A calm but confident manner with good client care skills (there will be a significant amount of telephone contact with sales teams and external solicitors)
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to work under pressure to key deadlines and a willingness to assist other members of the team, as and when necessary
