Administrative Assistant
Motherwell, Scotland
£10-£12.50 an hour

Anderselite are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to work with one of our leading clients based in Motherwell, on a contract basis. You will be working as an integral member of the project teams and shall be responsible for providing receptionist and project administration support.

Duties will include general administration and filing to ensure project information is accessible to Project Managers and project teams, acting as customer receptionist, welcoming and inducting visiting customers, managing meeting room bookings and direct customer queries, management of general project administrative functions including purchase order requisitions, distribution lists, site expenses, stationery ordering and travel and visa requests, invoicing support to/from project sub suppliers, project documentation archiving for long term storage and providing holiday cover for other Projects Administrators if required.


Ideally, you will hold excellent PC and administrative skills, with a confident diplomatic telephone manner and excellent standards of customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

If you have the ability to work under pressure, managing workloads and tight deadlines under your own initiative, alongside familiarity with the use of all Microsoft Office packages and SAP and a high-level of written English and grammar, this is an interesting opportunity to join a national company on a long-term contract.
