Administration Manager
Coventry & Rugby
Facilities Management
Up to £26,000pa DOE

I am currently recruiting for an administration manager to work for our client based out of Coventry and Rugby Hospital.
This role will support a project manager or team of managers within facilities management across the full spectrum of secretarial and administration functions.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Ensure that all office facilities and consumables are provided and maintained in an organised manner.
-Support site team in preparation of correspondence and reports.
-Implement the Office Systems including training and administration.
-Maintain and manage diary schedules for your Manager(s) daily and ensure that all meetings are held within the timescale, with necessary paperwork prepared and issued in advance
-Determine and define work priorities, keeping your team informed, in order to maximise the use of your time
-Typing of correspondence, possibly dictation, photocopying, faxing, etc and ordering stationery.
