Job description

Credit Control

Key aspect of the role is to support the cash collection for both businesses. Proactive role in managing & collecting debts of company debtors ensuring timely payments and following up payments as required.

Sales Ledger

Assistance with printing and processing of sales invoices.

Purchase Ledger

Assistance with printing e-mailed invoices, registering invoices, processing plant invoices and matching material POD's to the invoices. Any missing POD's to be requested / downloaded from the suppliers.

Management of all day to day administration

Answering the main accounts phone line and providing additional cover for reception duties.

Document Management

Assist with document archiving using both an external company and also internal scanning for all ledgers.

Deal with supplier queries

All queries are dealt with appropriately and within the shortest time frame possible ensuring supplier accounts run smoothly.

Supply Chain

Assist with the upkeep of the Supply Chain Database, including liaising with sub-contractors to ensure all documentation required is provided.
