I have worked for Anderselite for 3 years, starting as a Trainee Consultant before developing into a 360 recruiter after 9 months in the business. Since joining, I have always been in the Civil Engineering sector, mainly recruiting operational staff such as Site Engineers and Site Management.

Prior to joining Anderselite, I had a career in the construction industry itself, working for a civils contractor. I chose Anderselite to stay in the construction sector and, having the highest reputation as a specialist construction agency in the North West region, I applied to join the business and was successful.

I am a keen footballer and play in the Mid Cheshire league, and also compete in Crossfit competitions throughout the UK. I have recently taken up golf, as a member at Withington with a handicap of 18.
