After pretty much forcing Birmingham’s divisional manager to give me a job… 7 years later I am now running a white-collar freelance desk with some of the country’s biggest, national, and regional, construction companies the industry has to offer.
Starting as a resourcer has given me the knowledge and experience to run this successful desk from all angles. Learning, observing, and creating the consultant I am today from some of the industry’s top consultants has been a pleasure of mine and I hope to continue to grow as my career moves forward.

We are in a people business, listening to our clients and candidates wants and needs is top priority along with - for me - being an open book with both. Building relationships is key, not only with my clients, but my candidates too as you both are the reason, I can be successful.

Outside of work I am a single mother to my son. He is the reason I work so hard, he is the reason I like to stay fit and healthy (as best as I can) and he will be the reason I ask for you to trust that I will do everything I can to help you with your requirements or career change.
