Innovation - Over the last thirty years we have pioneered the use of LinkedIn, microsites, social media, online time capture and candidate portals in recruitment. But we believe that technology should be used to enhance the recruitment process rather than just automate it and building relationships remains core to what we do. Video Screening - At Anderselite we have built video screening right into our recruitment process which means our clients can reduce their “time-to-hire” and make more informed decisions. Video screening can also save time and travel costs.

Market Mapping service – To find the best talent you need to know where to look. Anderselite can provide you with a detailed market overview. Drawing on our multiple sources including LinkedIn, job-boards, our own database and various 3rd party datasets, we can give you detailed intelligence on where to find specific skills, demand, supply, payrates and competitor activity.

Knowledge

Long/shortlisting – Sometimes you may want to create your own labour pool, leverage your internal recruitment team, or fill multiple positions for a project.  Anderselite can help you get started by providing lists of pre-qualified candidates to kick start your own internal recruitment activity.

Person to person –  we believe that communication is key to the recruitment process.  We don’t outsource or off-shore any research, resourcing or recruitment activities. We don’t have call centres or automated help lines.  When you deal with Anderselite you deal with a single consultant who is focused on delivering a better experience.

History - Anderselite is one of the most recognised brands within the UK recruitment market; established in the 1960’s we have been providing staffing solutions to built environment sector for over 30 years.  Our longevity, financial strength and office network makes us the recruiter of choice for some of the UK’s largest companies.

Enhanced ID Checks – The penalties for employing an individual who does not have the right to work in the UK are severe and can even include a jail sentence. To provide our clients with reassurance and protection, all Anderselite candidates undergo an enhanced ID check before starting work.   Identification documents are screened by our compliance team using the same sort of technology you would find in an airport.  This means we check immediately if a passport is counterfeit.  We then perform a further cross check against the national fraudulent identity document database.
