Job Description
My client is looking for an engineer immediately to help with Transport Asset Management Planning, they will consider a range of experience but in particular they are looking from the policy development perspective. This would include developing and writing highways policies, reviewing work areas such as winter maintenance, preparing programmes of maintenance work, condition data, looking at longterm planning and programming etc
The main areas of projects will be pavement management (carriageways and footways) but other asset groups could also be covered.
