Job Description
A Technical Services Officer required to supervise maintenance and new works teams and operatives in the performance of their duties to recognised standards of productivity and quality and compliance with essential health and safety provisions. Duties will include, overseeing the effective and timely delivery of Minor New Works, Planned Prevantive Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance. Qualifications - HNC level qualification in a Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering related discipline. Appointment will also be subject to successful candidate agreeing to undergo any necessary Approved Person training required for the post and at least one AP ticket must be obtained within 1 year.
