Our Clerk of works vacancies may also encompass estate regeneration across sites in close proximity for any of the following new build/demolitions/refurbishments. Responsibilities would be to undertake Progress and Quality Inspections and Reports for new build, refurbishment and cyclical contracts. Knowledge of JCT 98 D&B form of contract desirable.
