Job Description

Project Type: Internal fit out of the marketing suite which comprises 3 luxury apartments Value: ?1.5-?2 million- Duration 16 weeks .Areas also include sales floor & ancillary space
Job Description/ Responsibilities: Managing 7-8 sub contractors Monitoring programme Quality management and control Project co-ordination Monitoring of all site activities Implementation of health & safety guidelines Liaison with design team
Key Experience / Skills Required: Previous experience managing fast track commercial or residential fit outs. Must be able to work independently and be able to lead the project.
