Job Description
Established Main Contractor is currently looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a ?9m Grade II Listed hotel extension project. This involves demolition and new build through to fit-out of a heritage building including an RC Frame. You will be running this project as a No.1 with full financial control from procurement through to final account.
Previous experience on Grade II listed projects is preferred. Job will be site based and a candidate based locally (within 1hr travel) is preferred.
