Job Description
Senior Project Manager- Teesside
Our client, one of the world's most sucessful construction consultancies have a position available in their Teesside office for a Senior Project Manager.
Due to a number of wins in the Health sector, they are ideally looking for somone with relevant sector experience who can bring added value to their project management team.
Responsibilities: - To manage delivery as project or programme manager of a multi-disciplinary design team on programmes or projects from business case, design, tender action, construction phase and final occupational handover - Deliver projects on time, to cost and quality - Act as the single point of responsibility to clients on day-to-day activities - Manage extensive engagement with stakeholder groups (both internal and external parties) - Ensure robust governance procedures are development and maintained throughout the programme or project - Establish a close working relationship with the client and assist in developing the business profile with the client - Manage the financial success of the projects
Requirements: - Degree in project management or equivalent - Relevant professional qualification preferable ie MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM - Experience of public sector health projects preferable - Experience of PFI projects preferable - Experience of Procure 21 projects preferable
