Job Description
AndersElites client is a large contractor offering engineering, construction and architectural management services and their BUILDING SERVICES division currently seeking a SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER to join them on a permanent basis in Inverness area.
The successful SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER will design and manage projects (or part of) and provide exceptional technical and commercial solutions.
This SENIOR MECHANCIAL ENGINEER JOB ROLE includes: - Carrying out building analysis - Manage a variety of projects with regards to size, type and complexity. - Supervise team of Engineers, Technicians & CAD Technicians as required on a daily basis. - Responsible for ensuring Health & Safety requirements, practices and procedures and known understood and adhered to. - Liaise directly with Clients and Contractors. - Prepare and manage design, feasibility studies, reports and contract documents.
HND/Degree or equivalent is sought as well as knowledge of specification writing/NBS Engineer and Heating cooling ventilation and domestic water services system design experience.
Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements is sought with experience in business development and resource planning and management experience desirable not essential.
