CDI AndersElite has regional offices across the UK providing national coverage and is the number one supplier of quality services to qualified professionals working in the built environmentand associated professional disciplines. Due to continued growth we require a full time Recruiter to join our Recruiting Centre of Excellence based in our successful Bristol office. Previous experience within the following disciplines would be advantageous: Build Construction, Build Civils, Rail, Design, Commercial however not essential as full training will be provided.

The Role

?Using proactive candidate generation methods to source and indentify candidates in targeted skill sets and sectors and creating inventories of candidates for further consideration

?Contacting candidates to qualify conditions at which they would consider a career move

?Providing sourcing pools of candidates for company-wide jobs, taking full ownership for quality of candidates provided

?Ability to work within a professional recruitment environment, focusing on a particular discipline within the built environment

?Build and maintain a minimum level of industry specific knowledge relevant to your specialist sector to enable you to converse in a professional and knowledgeable manner with candidates

?Working closely witha central team of recruiters, providing local and national coverage

?Ability to adapt around multiple daily tasks and accommodate changes at short notice

?Working to agreed goals and targetsin line with Company expectations.
