Job Description
My Client is a Property Investment Franchising Group with operations throughout the UK .
They currently have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor in Dorset . This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding organisation offering a genuinely new service for high net worth investors. You will have construction experience working on diverse projects. This isn?t a traditional QS role and you will need to be very flexible in your approach as well as being extremely personable and comfortable in a client facing role.
You will still require traditional QS skills such as a high level of numeracy, ability to manipulate spreadsheets, pre-construction site analysis, negotiation skills and solid construction experience.
