Job Description

Project QS required for a 6 months contract (potentially longer or permanent for right candidate) working for well established residential developer on high end new build luxury residential projects.

The successful candidate will be reporting into the Managing Surveyor and will need to be autonomous and well rounded as will be working on 3 projects.

a) Wrapping up a final account on a regeneration project
b) Redecoration and repair works to a completed project project
c) Procurement for a new project

Projects are in SW London. Is for an immediate interview and start.
