Job Description
My client is one of the largest regionally based consulting engineering practices. They have over 40 years experience offering a complete consultancy package to clients in both the private and public sector. Due to up turn in work, my client is currently looking for a Project Manager to join there Cambridge office. Supporting a Director, you will assist with the delivery of the business plan and vision for the UK and International division. Principal Duties & Main Activities: - Work effectively across multiple divisions to direct the delivery of projects within cost, time and quality requirements. - Continuously look for ways to improve the business processes to support cross functional teams and to ensure that work is uniform, complete and managed appropriately. - Liaise with clients, attend meetings and maintain established working relationships. - Promote the business through identification and development of new clients - Involvement in the International business and will be required to be available to travel overseas at short notice. - Coordinate the successful outcome of all project deliverables. Essential Experience: - MSc in Project Management - Knowledge of design and/or construction practices relevant to companies core activities - Engineering qualification would be an advantage - Similar experience in an international role would be an advantage - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise numerous activities, deliver on time and achieve successful outcomes.
